Libby Hilf joined the University athletic department and the Panther Club Office staff in June of 2006 as its Administrative Assistant.

She greets callers and visitors to the Panther Club office and assists with questions regarding membership, member benefits and donations. She is also responsible for the planning and execution of Panther Club and Varsity Letter Club special events. Additionally, she supervises student/volunteer workers and interns.

Prior to Pittsburgh, Hilf worked for Allegheny College. She served as Volunteer Programs Coordinator in the Office of Admissions for four years. At Allegheny, her responsibilities included managing a network of over 600 alumni volunteers, directing the Allegheny Ambassador student volunteer organization and coordinating special events for alumni, parents and prospective students.

She also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA for two years through the Office of Community Service at Allegheny. She created and served as director of an after-school program.

She is a current Pitt student majoring in media and professional communications.

Hilf and her husband, Chris, have a daughter, Abigail.
